You don’t have a self. You have a script. Set it on fire.
Core Teaching:
Everyone is an actor. Most never realize it. You’ve been performing for decades—repeating gestures, words, and “personalities” that serve your survival, not your liberation. This installment unmasks the performance and introduces Radical Undoing as the method for total psychological dearmoring.
Practice:
The Actor Collapse Ritual
Stand in front of a mirror.
Say your name. Say it louder. Say it until it breaks.
Begin to move like “yourself.”
Then deliberately interrupt your speech, movements, posture.
End with a dead stare. Stillness. Absolute silence.
Let the mind panic.
You’ve never truly been present without the character running the show. Until now.
“You are not a person. You are a set of automated gestures wrapped in a name.”— Christopher S. Hyatt
